Eero Yli-Vakkuri: Our Great Culinary Survival ExcursionBike trip for the performance spot towards an ancient well in Maaria.
Performance and bike trip
Saturday 5.9.2020 between 10-13, register here
The journey requires your own bike, gear suitable for the weather as well as suitable condition for approximately 12km bike trip (altogether appr. 24km).
The starting point of the trip in Turku is in front of the Wäinö Aaltonen Museum, Itäinen Rantakatu 38. The timetable may be slightly affected by weather and biking conditions.
Please, bring your bike and join a biking excursion during which we will discover drinkable water deposits around the Turku city and it’s proximity. We will taste unknown mineral waters in order to learn how minerals affect human bodies, how architecture can be processed to serve as a mineral supply and how drinkable water is formed in natural processes. During the trip we will heighten our skills in tasting and attempt to use tasting as a tool for geological analysis. The trip will be facilitated by self taught Mineral Water Sommelier Eero Yli-Vakkuri.
If you’re interested in joining the performance without the bike journey, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
