You can access the durational performance throughout the day freely by bike (7km from the city centre), Föli water bus (see timetable here), public transportation (see timetables here) and by car. We recommend using bicycles and Turku city bikes for transportation during the day.

Festival’s water bus transportation will take the audience to witness the finishing of the durational performance on midnight. Leaving at the pier by Manilla (Itäinen Rantakatu 64) at 23:00, return in Turku at approximately 01:00. Registration is required as the spaces are very limited.

at midnight we will burn is a performance which will take place at sea from 12pm to 12am. The performance will create possibilities for connection, reflection and healing through sharing trust and stories. The festivalgoers will write down a memory, trauma, concern or an event that they want to be freed from and healed from. I will then row the texts placed into sealed envelopes into a boat placed at the sea. At midnight all the letters and the boat will be set on fire. at midnight we will burn will continue my exploration into methods of empowering, healing and nurturing through ritual, slowness and performance.
