New Performance Turku Festival, organized last weekend for the sixth time, gathered almost 6000 people to experience performance art and live art around the city of Turku – in galleries, performance venues and the cityscape.

New Performance Turku Festival brought altogether 21 artists and groups from all over the world to present thoughtful, provocative and political works of art. The art festival gathered almost 6000 people to experience performance art and live art in its all forms.

The festival wouldn’t have been possible without our collaborators: TEHDAS Teatteri, Wäinö Aaltonen Museum of Art, Titanik-gallery, Regional Centre of Dance (Southeast Finland), Arts Promotion Centre Finland and many more.

The next New Performance Turku Festival will be experienced in Autumn 2018.
