About Performance (Art) Days

Performance (Art) Days is a forum for performance and live art professionals. It’s an ever-changing event intended to fit the needs and wishes of the Finnish professional field. It was first organized on 2018 and this is the 4th time it gathers people together to share ideas and thoughts about working in performance art. Performance (Art) Days hopes to create a warm atmosphere for important conversations about the future, past and present of the field. The sincerest wish of the moderators of this autumn’s event is that Performance (Art) Days would be a place to connect with colleagues and feel at home.

Previously the audience has seen keynote speakers, discussions, workshops, Instagram live interviews and art works in collaboration with festivals, museums, promotion or information centers and artists associations. Maybe next time it could be organized by you in a form we haven’t seen before?

This time Performance (Art) Days is organized by New Performance Turku Festival with the support of Arts Promotion Centre Taike.
