The first performances of the Floating Platforms project exploring the dialogue between performance art, science and humanities will take place next week as a part of Aboagora Symposium 11th to 13th of August in 2015. The first part of the project results in three performances: Tuesday 11th August Wednesday 12th August 13th of August The artists and scientist are currently working in their residencies. You can follow each pair’s work on Floating Platforms blog on project’s website. Their partner and mentor in exploring the processes taking place in encounters between performance art and science is Mari Krappala, PhD and a researcher in contemporary art.
